BUILDOME shall provide all the necessary services to a high standard in accordance with Bulgarian law to the CLIENT for the purchase of Bulgarian property including:
STAGE ONE: PRELIMINARY CONSULTATIONS
- PRESENTING the service offered by BUILDOME
- STUDYING the specific requirements of the CLIENT
- MATCHING the CLIENT’s requirements to our offers
- PROVIDING technical and professional consultation, and general advice to the CLIENT
STAGE TWO: SIGNING THE ESTATE AGENT CONTRACT WITH BUILDOME LTD.
STAGE THREE: VIEWING TRIP TO BULGARIA AND POSSIBLE PURCHASE
- DEVELOPING and co-ordinating the visit PROGRAMME which is agreed in writing with the British CLIENT, the UK COMMERCIAL REPRESENTATIVE and the BULGARIAN HEAD OFFICE of BUILDOME LTD.
- MEETING the CLIENT at the airport, providing transport, and arranging hotel booking during the viewing trip
- PROVIDING interpreting and consultancy service during the whole trip
- VISITING the chosen properties and meeting with the owners and/or property developers
- ASSISTANCE in negotiations and completion of the deal
- SEEING OFF the CLIENT at the airport
- INFORMING the CLIENT about the progress of construction of his new home
BUILDOME DOES NOT CHARGE THE CLIENT ANY COMMISSION FEE
- ADDITIONAL SERVICES - BUILDOME can provide additional legal and notary services at the special request of the CLIENT
